    Services Provided: Euro Arts Design provides graphic design services including but not limited to logo design, website design, brochure design, and marketing materials design. We may provide additional services upon request and based on our availability.

    Ordering: To order our services, please fill out our order form with your project requirements and submit it to us. We will review your request and provide you with a quote for the service requested. Once the quote is approved and the payment is made, we will commence work on your project.

    Payment: We require full payment before starting any project. Payment can be made through our website, PayPal or bank transfer.

    Project Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for each project based on the scope of work. The timeline is an estimate and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances such as client feedback, delays in receiving information or materials, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

    Revisions: We offer a limited number of revisions for each project based on the service requested. Additional revisions may be provided at an additional cost. We reserve the right to refuse additional revisions if we believe that they are not aligned with the original scope of work.

    Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights to the designs created by Euro Arts Design will belong to our company until the full payment for the project is received. Once the full payment is received, the intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client. We reserve the right to display any completed projects in our portfolio and use them for our marketing purposes.

Confidentiality: We will maintain the confidentiality of all information provided to us by the client and will not disclose any information to third parties without the client’s prior consent.

    Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice to the other party. If the project is terminated by the client, any payments made to Euro Arts Design will not be refunded.

    Liability: Euro Arts Design will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client or any third party resulting from the use or inability to use the designs created by us. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Euro Arts Design harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of the designs.

    Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
